1. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products — research-grade peptides and related compounds — we operate a strict no-returns policy. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to accept the return of any products for the following reasons:

•  Products are perishable and temperature-sensitive compounds that may be compromised once in transit.

•  We cannot verify the storage conditions of returned goods, which creates quality and safety concerns.

•  Research peptides are specialist consumable products not suitable for resale once they have left our controlled environment.

•  All sales are considered final upon dispatch.

2. Exceptions

We will only consider a remedy in the following exceptional circumstances:

•  Your order arrives damaged or visibly compromised during transit.

•  You receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part.

•  Your order is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the courier.

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, providing photographic evidence where applicable. We reserve the right to offer a replacement product or store credit at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

3. How to Contact Us

If you believe your order qualifies under the exceptions listed above, please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.

4. Your Responsibility

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

•  You are purchasing these products solely for legitimate laboratory or research purposes.

•  You have read and understood this Returns Policy prior to completing your purchase.

•  You understand and accept that all sales are final.

5. Legal Basis

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, certain categories of goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. These include perishable goods and products which, by their nature, cannot be returned. Our research peptides fall within these exempt categories. This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
